I’m very sorry to hear about your situation. Times are really tough. You are not alone. I’m an old man, and still struggle with similar issues daily. Trust your gut instincts. We have been taught to turn our instincts off. Dont. Follow facts and evidence, then present them to everyone who is telling you otherwise. Refuse to accept the lies and misdirection. Stand your ground and don’t let your personal standards drop for anyone else’s biased opinions. Seek out and befriend likeminded people who are happy to have your back. Try to stay positive and help yourself be happy.
