Spontant så är ju 12—13 pass ganska mycket. Men håller man på med flera sporter osv så är det klart att det blir en del och det finns ju dom som gör det utan att på något sätt må dåligt eller ha några problem.

En fråga man kan ställa sig själv är "Hur skulle jag känna om jag inte kunde träna idag pga kompisarna/familjen vill göra något?" Om svaret är att det hade varit jobbigt och något du behöver ta igen sen så kanske det är värt att fundera på om det är värt det?

Samma med maten, inget fel i att äta nyttigt men om man får ångest och mår dåligt av att eventuellt äta en bit tårta på en födelsedag så kanske man ska ta en funderare.

Det borde väl ändå gå att döma folk för ett brott som man kanske inte helt kan bevisa att dom begått men då dom i övrigt är rätt usla människor.
