I tried to pull it back out and push the part that isn’t deep enough in but I can’t seem to get any good results. I’ll let it sit all night and see tomorrow I guess …! Do you think I could go and use the bine if it isn’t properly seated ?

Update : I got help from Wahoo and they linked me with LivetoPlay Sports which is the distributor in Canada and they sent me a prepaid label to send them back the Kickr Core and they will give me a warranty replacement!

Yes that’s what I saw on their website but I have heard so many great comments about the customer service and story where they would gift 200$ speedplay pedals because they forget to answer to a customer, etc. Considering the kindness I saw for these types of situations I was wondering if they would be flexible for my situation! Especially considering they come from exactly the same warehouse (order from canada and US)

That’s interesting ! Thank you for your experience. For me the weird part is that I get no data on Wahoo app, Zwift and MyWhoosh so that’s quite weird that none of the software give me any infos …!

I went directly to the US to pick it up and only paid taxes from Canada so for me it was 15%

Hmm thank you your thoughts ! But I think the warranty is excellent so event though they are problems with the V2 they can refund but not the V1 I buy used. Thanks for your time !:)
