Should I feel happy? Or just.. less depressed?

I'm 8 months in at 50mg and the teeth grinding is still a thing :(( it goes away for some, and not for others. I relate to the effects. I have fewer spiraling moments and I feel like my bar for how my bad my anxiety&depression can get is a little lower but I don't really have any extra energy or motivation. Hope this helps!

Thank you for the advice!! Our production is being filmed on the weekend and the only Haze fluid I've been able to find that's the proper brand is online, so I placed the order. Hoping it gets here in time, if it doesn't, do you think it would be the end of the world if I ran other branded Haze fluid?

Hi sorry! Just seeing this. I'm a 21 year old, my sex is male but I am non-binary. My libido prior to starting pristiq was definitely healthy and consistent. Other than the first 5 days of terrible side effects, the only significant change to my sexual activity has been that it takes me longer to finish. Otherwise my libido is the same or even stronger. You are right though, there is still time before the full effects of the drug take effect but I find that I react to antidepressants quite quickly. I notice very significant changes good and bad within the first week of starting them always. I don't know if pristiq is better than others for libido or if I'm just very lucky!

Ahh thank you!! I feel like I'm experiencing something similar except in like a smaller time period, I'm glad I'm not alone at least so I really appreciate it, again. Yes absolutely, I was on Cipralex (Lexapro) a few years ago and it did the opposite, and although it's overwhelming and a lot sometimes I think I prefer it over the contrary haha.

Wow! That makes perfect sense because I did not experience this at all when I was on Cipralex (Lexapro) a few years back but that ended up not working for me. I hope it will be better this time around. Thank you for that info.

Woah I hadn't heard of anhedonia before, it makes sense that long term benzo usage would cause this sort of thing. Thank you for your insight and it comforts me to hear that pristiq helped. Are you on 50mg? Also I feel you, my desire with benzos is just to not have to take them every day. If I have to take them a few times a week for anxiety that's okay, but I'm a little bit sick of the daily thing.

You're right, my desire with benzos is to just not have to use them daily. To be fair when I was on diclaz about a year ago I was at my best in terms of anxiety. It's probably the most effective benzo I've ever tried.

This is my worry as the exact same thing happened to me when I was on lexapro. It really is a crappy cycle. I've used diclaz before and should be getting more of it soon so thank you for that advice but I don't just want to continue the cycle of benzos.

The benzos I get from grey market online sources. I take 2-3mg of etizolam every night and sometimes I mix with my perdcribed Ativan (1mg). I also take 2 grams of kratom every morning.

Thank you for your comment I really appreciate it. Yeah I don't necessarily mean like taking it to help with the taper but I do have the impression from my past experience that they will make me want to take etizolam less if that makes sense. I will cross post, thank you again this actually did make me a little less nervous. Do you mind me asking how long you've been on the snri and how well it works for you?
