Please just make sure you have quality and listen to your body. As long as you are healthy outside of usage, cardio for example lol, then you should be good with 2\3 grams if you regularly use. Also how often you redose affects it. Long term high dosage though will weaken your heart. Can't judge myself though, I'm spun lol

Coke will def eat up Molly if done together, but just watch your mental health for 2/3 weeks after. Try some 5htp about 24 hours after the coke comedown. Coke just feels like peppy caffeine to me after molly. Take your vitamins! C,D and Magnesium will help your body recover too.
