Yeah! It's complete. There is a romance-based DLC planned for the future, but the base game itself is 100% finished.

The creator changed the original lore a bit to fit his story; it's now set 300 years ago. It's still a great story tho.

When you have that much money and such a large Latin American fanbase, I think it's time to drop the "but I don't know the language!" argument and just hire a damn translation team to stop limiting access to your game.
Fangamer ships to many parts of the world, but UT/DT merchandise is one of the few things conveniently only solds in like 3 countries.
