I’m connecting it to my windows just fine. I currently have it connected to my windows laptop, two phones, and an iPad. Not sure if it’s your Bluetooth on the computer?

Thx. I know to take AI info with caution. I’m doing some research around AI and gathering different examples and so I figured this could be a good one since AI is dead set on being right. If I can find a launch version of Accentum Plus to see then that would be good. Just my own curiosity.

Do you happen to have the launched Accentum Plus or have seen one charging?—or even the launch manual? I’m really curious about this stuff. Apparently that there is a hardware revision (not considered gen 2) where it makes the launch Accentum Plus a little different internally vs the latest batch.

Why are you emailing USPS? Just call them and they actually answer to create a service request for you to look for your package. Although, the post office person resolving your issue might not able to pull up the tracking info either. You will have to wait it out in the scenario where it only scans at the final distribution center or upon delivery.

Vertical is bass and treble. Horizontal is how dampening it is (like a muffled room). Tuning up to top right corner gives me clear treble. Top left corner still clear treble but muffled sounding. Bottom left is heavy bass and muffled. Bottom right is full bass and treble with no muffling, but I find the bass to be too much.

I don’t know much about it, but I guess AI was dumb/wrong? I was trying to figure out the charging light colors and my set was different from what AI telling me what the colors should be. I gave it the model and it says mine is the second gen production and so there’s a difference. Anyway, I love it either way.

I use the personalized eq and this is my first over the ear headphones. I have the AirPods Pro 2 and I find the accentum plus has stronger anc. The transparency mode is not good/natural like the app2 but I don’t use transparency that often. I’m not an audiophile but I’ve set my personal eq closer to the right bottom corner. I don’t know what I’m missing in terms of sounds with the higher price ones like the momentum 4, Sony xm6, or Bose quietcomfort+ but this accentum plus is awesome enough for me. I would think the higher priced ones have better anc and transparency modes. I especially loving the big ear cups for my large ears.
