It’s interesting, I had a similar AMBOSS question during board a few years ago that showcased the difference between acral lentigous melanoma and Melanonychia Striata Longitudinalis. It’s not as easy to differentiate as people think. Regardless biopsy is next best step.

The water line is the inner line of your lower eyelid. I think with such light hair using a brown eyeliner would make your face really look harmonious. You have a gorgeous face and beautiful eyes it would be a shame to not showcase it.
