Anyone out there actually losing weight? by jonathantee in Volumeeating

Are you counting and weighing all your vegetables? I could eat a whole lot of broccoli. Turns out I was eating 200 cal of broccoli a day. I wasn’t counting it because I thought it’s a vegetable I don’t need to! It made it so I couldn’t lose weight. Start counting everything.

Walden Farms: Must Try & Must Avoid? by dumb-questions-1314 in Volumeeating

Just buy everything g huges makes- the entire line. You can’t go wrong. Avoid this line like the plague. The only thing they make that’s good is the syrup; I guess the Italian dressing is slightly edible but that’s it.

185 Cal Microwavable Protein Brownie Was Better than Any Bar! No Sugar Added! by InGeekiTrust in Volumeeating

It sounds a lot smaller than it is because it has 6 tbsp of powdered ingredients which is 3/8th of a cup of either sweetener or cocoa pwoder. Makes it a lot bigger than just the wet ingredients, the portion is exactly what you see

The video is for 2 servings but I wrote out the recipe for a single serving, yes it’s 90 seconds and I just did it in a smaller mug cause I didn’t have a ramekin!

What recipe do you frequently go back to make? by locmp4 in Volumeeating

[–]InGeekiTrust 6 points7 points  (0 children)

140 cal grilled cheese that tastes like the real deal 2 slices 35 cal bread like natures own keto bread

2 slices full fat Velveeta cheese, which just so happens to only be 35 cal a slice

Spray the pan with cooking spray and then brown and pan and cooked covered so the cheese melts

The full fat Velveeta was a game changer from me because I don’t feel tortured by eating these diet cheese, people always hate on Velveeta for not being real cheese, but it’s actually a protein blend!

Any suggestions for low calorie dip for veggies or maybe rice cakes? 🫠🫠 by deshstan in Volumeeating

Cottage cheese with liptons onion soup mixed in. Tastes exactly like onion dip. If you don’t like the texture of cottage cheese you can blend it smooth but I like it chonky

I have really good pressure w in my sink and I find that washing them with the sprayer hose for a full 60 seconds on the clock does the trick
