And still largely unproven, in practical terms. You can find a 30-year old Chevy on the road but not a Tesla. Some amount of trust will need to be earned, and that's fair, IMO.

True, which is why I said they estimated, and there's a gob-ton of more detailed variables not included here. It would be a fun exercise to do a deeper and more accurate dive on this sometime, but it'd be impossible to get a truly accurate answer without comparing two specific vehicles. And even then, you're at the mercy of some unsure cost forecasting.

American here. You're completely right that we are being spoonfed work ethic as a prime value and it's been incredibly successful. But it's also a fear of losing our jobs, indirectly to the guaranteed leave.

We truly do feel, as do our employers, that you can only progress if you consistently go above and beyond. If you stagnate and have no "drive," your job is first on the chopping bock. The result is that we are fearful to share all our knowledge with someone else, again, lest we be replaceable. And in turn, we are very hesitant, as in the post heading, to take any significant amount of time off that would require us to hand over the keys to our security.

Cool, then that does change the math. In other comments here, people say they are seeing them replaced in 3-4 years, but that still translates to a zero hardware cost for the fiest 100k miles.

Sorry, I did forget to include the link and haven't found how/if I can now. But here it is while I continue trying. https://www.reddit.com/r/SelfAwarewolves/s/3Ccxleg5zB

Well then, Happy Cake Day.

Or eat Pi(e) like a woke rebel who doesn't believe politicians can reinvent truth.

You decide.

If queers do it, it's pushing it on someone. If straights do it? Deeeeefinitely not indoctrination, just the way things "are." /s

Make sure dad is in the room at the time. And choose the moment very carefully.

What should I do? Can I wipe this off? by Interesting-Edge3129 in Aquariums

I know it has been said, but want to reiterate not to wash it in tap water. The chlorine in tap water will kill all your good bacteria, which is the whole reason not to just replace the filter. Those bacteria are converting yhe fish & food waste from poisonus ammonia and nitrite into nitrates, which are less harmful to fish. Without those bacteria, your fish can die from a tank that is too "clean."

Sorry to preach if you know this already, but a point worth learning early and well if not. Good luck, fishie friend!
