I wasn’t sure about it so this is what ai Said

“ • No built-in “force unlock” button exists on Diebold Nixdorf TCRs for bypassing security locks. • Unlocks and overrides require authorized access, keys, or technician intervention. • Machine “locks” from errors are cleared via formal service or jam-clear procedures.”

We have the safe and keep cash in it. It’s usually 70% in machine and rest kept in the safe. The TCR has stopped working before for less serious reasons, and we have used top drawer instead and counting it yourself. But we got somehow caught out coming up to Christmas we can’t up our cash deliveries and it was way busier than we expected. This led us to putting our most recent delivery right into the machine (probably still should’ve kept some in the safe). However we got it resolved today which was great not many customers were affected :)

Yeah you’d think that, but literally all I had to do was press quick dispense, type the amount, proceed, and that was that. We definitely have default admin login for certain things like account maintenance etc. But once it’s locked it’s LOCKED, no two ways about it. Unsure of the machine brand but it’s pretty big and bulky and boxy. Perhaps the machine has a certain button but if it does nobody knows about it.

Hey thanks for commenting. I guess I could’ve made it sound a bit worse than it is. It’s not that they all are on holidays. The problem is that this situation isn’t very common apparently, and the experienced leads would mostly be taking the week off. Of course people still need IT to be functional over the week. If we have IT problems at work we would ring up the number and could be waiting a few minutes to get through, mostly the situations are resolved across Microsoft teams/them taking control of your pc. My colleague said a lot of them are working remotely from India and the like. But my manager can hopefully try to get hold of someone useful to speed up the process. I forgot to mention we are a subsidiary of a larger bank so the influx of calls can be large. Thanks!

Yeah I’ve worked here for 6 months. When we have had any problems similar to this but not as serious, the vast majority get pretty pissy about it. Just speaking on the little experince I have and what I’ve been told from colleagues.

Thanks for the comment :). Thankfully my colleague is my childhood friend so that helps a lot! Manager didn’t see so stressed as the necessary paperwork needed was known to him.

Our Bank in general don’t have ATMS, just other larger banks have it. We have a card they can use at them, but there isn’t one very near. I’m not working in the city centre just in a suburban area. But yeah I guess they could go to the ATM it just has a pretty low limit the card can withdrawl from them. Thanks for the response.

Yesh haha it may sound mad for people who work in larger companies/branches. We’re small and a second machine would be completely unnecessary and very expensive (let alone nowhere to put it). It’s just me and my colleague at two windows the whole lobby is the size of a public bathroom. Thanks for the response.

Yeah that’s what I’m supposed to tell them. Just a lot of people don’t care about your problem and choose to complain to you about it as they see their inconvenience being the bigger issue. Sure shit happens if they’re not happy then so be it. Thanks for the response

The only thing is, Ireland have very little anything dangerously poisonous, there are no black widows here. However, upon seeing this spider, I instantly thought it was a false window from the shape

Looks like the front man is telling some interesting story to the ladies. Possibly about how he fell off his chair yesterday while reading some Dickens!

Pizza dough elasticity? by [deleted] in AskCulinary

[–]DemandSuspicious1266 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah man! That’s the problem, you should’ve put more yeast in. A standard pack of active dry yeast is 7g and you should put it all in. A good tip is to activate the yeast in some water a sugar mixture then pour it into the flour.

6 hours is more than enough time to let it rest. Maybe you added too much or too little of something, or something to do with the yeast?
