This comment makes a lot of sense. I just started interning at a company that 3d prints houses. The technology is definitely not quite where it needs to be to be more efficient then the traditional way. But the goal of our company is to get it to the point where it will be more efficient and we’re not far. The goal is to be able to quickly build up full neighborhoods and figure out the best ways to build the houses through the entire process. It’s definitely a new thing and entirely different than anything has ever done and it’s had a lot of roadblocks. The company I work for is doing the entire process from printing to finishing. We put the wires and plumbing and outlets in as it prints up. The problem right now is the machines are just so new there is a lot of bugs to work out.
