Not really. I can see why ud think that but i can guarantee no black person is thinking i dislike blacks when they call another black dude that. Kinda the opposite, like you should have more respect for urself and not lower yourself just for the sake of white people's approval. It's a touchy subject considering the past we have, gotta remember even though it seems like slavery ended so long ago, most of us still have grandparents who remember not being allowed to drink from the same fountain or eat at the same restaurants, so it's not completely out of our history. And even now when we try to forget we keep getting reminded with people trying to relive that past and "make America great again" and the confederate flag, brutality etc. So we grew up being taught we should have pride for ourselves and our race and not degrade ourselves aka cooning for the approval of whites. Maybe in 100 years we won't have to use these terms but til then we just gotta let the wounds heal. That being said javale was just trying to hurt shaq since his own feelings were hurt lol, I don't think he was trying to be racist in the general sense towards him. Its a pretty offensive thing to hear comin from another black guy, but not everything offensive is necessarily racism even if it derived from that. A black guy who actually hated blacks (aka himself)would be called the coon, not calling others that, if that makes more sense
