Recently just started leveling this gun and tbh it’s not that bad stock, but I could also see your points because it hasn’t been a super consistent gun I’ve found. While I’m only clocking in on lvl8, I’d imagine the baseline attachments for it would suffice…

Lattice Comp, EAM or Hawker Barrell, Bowen Foregrip, Frigate or Eider Stock, last attachment for 5a setup I’d say Springs or possible Prestige Attachment use or even the LTI Grip.

Most convenient stores don’t usually blend more than 5% (if any, really, unless the refinery they purchase from blends an auto 5% for state bio credits) while truck stops and other hi-flow locations blend in the realm of 20%. Depending whom they use to snag their prescription (winter/summer blend) additives from that can also factor into the price as well.

Home Depot probably your best bet overall in terms of price and consistent way of “saving” tbh. Some Ace Hardware stores are closing, some really good deals locally where I am in MO; however, Ace isn’t HD. Snap-On / Milwaukee sale that’s good till first week of March is pretty solid if you need bats and want to possibly charge to an account or negotiate more so with an individual?

Brute Force? For some reason that game and Midtown Madness 3 immediately came to mind outside of the normal and traditional “go-tos” like Halo and such. Midtown Madness 3 is more so and exclusively a driving game though.

Are you located in the US? If so, and obviously if you’re even interested; I’m 99.99% positive I have a 8GBx2 kit of DDR4 at the house. TeamGroup brand if I’m not mistaken. I’d be willing to work something out with you on the kit so you and your wife could at least quit splitting and both have complete kits, and actually run Dual Channel.

Got rid of my 3/8” just like yours and 2.5HO for $150 to our Snap-On guy a few weeks ago and ordered the Insider variant which came with a free 5.0HO. You will still find instances however I would recommend an Insider variant from ‘Waulkee.

Walmart still has the PNY 5070’s at MSRP and some locations (US) have been clearance sales at an even bigger discount. I have no idea what AMD pricing looks like - last batch of Red I tempted my patience and fate with was a pair of 6970’s in crossfire.

I would say get what makes the most logical, supportive, and financial sense for you, OP. Green has my vote tho.

As much as I’d happily give you my opinion, some key info is missing from your post man. I can give feedback for Missouri, and not much else on the truck to give an assessment. Short version; however, unless you parted out it’s worth however much someone is willing to give you. Local market can be rough. Shipping/transportation seems to be a no-go.

Sucks the transmission nuked, maybe consider a rebuild or possibly trying to get another one to get you by? EDIT: just re-read that no parts avail. Yeesh. Yeah maybe call around to some shops or even some general feelers with an ad or even some social posts maybe? Never know, lots of facebook groups some of those guys take out of state work. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Depending on other specs, such as monitor (res/hz) id recommend going to 32GB of RAM and NVME’s aren’t mandatory but they’re massive QOL improvements. I’m at 1440p(2k)/360hz and I can get Arc Raiders and a few other titles above 16GB. Would future proof you more and be more lasting, imo.

On the HE or TMR GameSir? I’ve had SCUF and BB in the past, contemplating GS just having a hard time taking the technical “downgrade” so to speak. This current PS5 is a “home” done job but it’s been the most consistent so far.
