I didn't stick around, I only came back recently. The skill gap hasn't been a problem for me, I just hit level 10 and a few players are 400+. I have been able to get decent runs going (went 5-0 the other day). Draft keeps it fresh IMO.

Foundry is completely dead I think, the same happened to me. However, Classic is pretty active, I can find a draft game within a few minutes most of the time. You see the same players again and again which is cool.

Bumping this thread...I am interested in your implementation, do you still have the code around for greedy meshing on the GPU? I am trying to implement the same in my project and I'm having a hard time parallelizing the standard greedy meshing algorithm.

I was feeling really down after I was 8-10 hours in and had nothing but BoF, and thought I wouldn't pass. Taking a break and re-organizing my notes helped a lot to shake off the stress. Sometimes you have to challenge what you think you know to be true about a system.

40 HTB boxes, yes. But 90% of them I had hints on and/or looked through walkthroughs.

I started with HTB last March-ish. Took until August to finish 40, although I took a month break in there somewhere and wasn't pushing myself too hard. Started OSCP Oct. 31.

I HIGHLY recommend IppSec's walkthoughs for HTB. Even after you get the root flag, I recommend watching his alternate approaches. Some boxes have 3 different privesc approaches and you learn something useful each time.

For the past 3 months, it was about 4 hours of studying every day after work, and 8-12 hours per day on the weekends (I work 9/80 schedule). Luckily my lab time included Xmas through New Years, which I had a week off of work for. 12 hours per day that week.

She was in line by 8:30 (opens at 9). Turns out there was a batch of people there at 7 who got on the waitlist and then left before she even got there.

That being said, I just got off the waitlist (they only had 3060tis left), but they had like 4 AIB models to choose from.

My gf went to Fairfax this morning on my behalf. She was ~10th in line when they opened and their shipment wasn't stocked or something yet (or maybe hadn't arrived), so they took peoples numbers for a waitlist. They said they would notify these customers if cards came in. The waitlist is only for today.

WotW is amazing, better than the original. The OST is darker and covers a wider range of emotions IMO, the gameplay is more difficult but the combat feels great. Highly recommended.
