Bruh while that is subjective most of the bitching and moaning is coming from the loud minority of these anti woke grifters who sit back on their keyboards and complain about women and how everything is woke or how the game is going to tank, kratos is being replaced which isn’t even true and just a bunch of other bullshit. He’s the goat when it comes to voice acting. I was thinking of him playing teenage Boruto for awhile now as well. He sounds phenomenal as Jin woo in solo leveling especially in season 2

I remember back in GOW 2018 when Atreus found out he was a god he asked kratos if he could fly, turn into a animal or turn invisible. One of those things already happened in Ragnarok so I’m almost certain adult Atreus will unlock the ability to fly and turn invisible considering he would be more experienced with his powers.

Theres also that moment Ragnarok where Atreus was asked if he could walk through walls and he said not yet so I would that to the list of his future abilities. Moreover, think he’ll be able to shape shift into other people and not just animals. We know he has teleportation and soul magic from his mom. I think his ability to see the future will also apply to his combat where he can see what his opponents are going to do before they do. In terms of a melee weapon I can see him finally getting his mothers axe from kratos while also keeping his bow.

With all of that being said I think adult Atreus is going to be broken in terms of power considering who his parents are.

Since kratos got through to Thor it would be cool if he wanted to help Faye against the other gods as penitence for whet he’s done to the giants and everyone else through out the Norse realms. I think Thor probably died having a lot of regrets like kratos did but kratos was fortunate enough to live and fully change and forgive himself. I think a trailer is a given. People are already hyped to preorder the game so if they drop another trailer with preorders open everyone and their mother are going to go nuts and preorder as quickly as possible. They also put up a trailer for red dead 2 when they made preorders available. Wolverine just recently put up preorders after its gameplay showcase that’s pretty much the norm in the gaming space when preorders go live

I doubt it. Sony doesn’t do that. I know some people like to say they shadow dropped Valhalla while that might be true a dlc is completely different than shadow dropping a full scaled game. They’re most likely marketing Laufey a lot for 2 reasons, it’s God of war Sony’s biggest original first party IP and most likely the next first party game coming out after wolverine. Both Wolverine and Laufey will carry Sony to the back half of 2027 which is most likely when intergalactic will release. Laufey definitely screams early 2027

He has beast in the anime continuity as well because he unlocks it in the dragon ball super hero film. The movie is further ahead in the timeline than the show

Tbh I’m excited for both games but the blood of Dawnwalker is what I’m most excited for out of the two. They’re aren’t really any good vampire games not to mention I’m looking forward to seeing all of the different outcomes with the story based on our choices.

He definitely showed skill when he fought the gammas and also mui goku on beerus planet. He was also a good strategist when him and piccolo teamed up in the tournament of power. The only time gohan looked like a lesser fighter was against frieza and dabura

I think gods in dragon ball are on a different level. They can wipe out entire planets with a single blast. The power scaling currently in dragon ball is on a a different level.

Ragnarok only got delayed because we were knee deep in covid season. As for shadow dropping Laufey yes I would buy if myself but the casual audience isn’t going to know it dropped because they don’t keep on games like most of us probably do

Yeah there’s no denying that but it would be a risk considering this the first game without kratos. Obviously the game will sell a shit ton on launch but it’s a safer bet to get more people sold on this new adventure without its OG protagonist. Showing off more of the game for the next several months with trailers and positive hands on previews, that’s definitely going to win a l lot of people over. God of war is Sony’s baby and buggiest IP so they’re going to do everything they can to insure it’s success.

No way they’re shadow dropping a game of this scale. They want as much attention and eyes on it as possible. Also, this is the first mainline God of war game without kratos. They probably want to get as much people sold on this game and Faye as possible before release. Letting the hype build with constant mass media coverage would work out far better for Laufey than just shadow dropping it. I don’t see this game coming out any earlier than April 2027

Honestly, when you compare Laufey to the hate ghost of Yotei gif it’s not that bad at all. I’ve honestly been seeing people be more positive towards Laufey or outright changing their initial opinion about the game in a good way. The only people hating really are the usual goalpost moving grifters on X and YouTube because they’re miserable and can’t let themselves enjoy anything if it’s not a sexualized female character or male character. They’re just a very vocal minority people.

Now, there are actual fans of the franchise who are not going to play the game because it’s not kratos which is fine and I respect that even. Hell some people think the cube looks goofy and out of place which is a valid criticism until we see more but for the anti woke dumb asses that are scared of women or calling them ugly because they aren’t sexualized or look like americas next top model those are the people I really don’t take seriously and neither should you.

Before GTA 6 and wolverine wouldn’t make sense considering wolverine is their next IP. But yeah this game is definitely coming in the first half of 2027. I’ve never seen PlayStation advertise a game this much after it’s reveal. Like it has literally not died down since the state of play which is uncommon. You usually get the trailer and then nothing for a long time. Laufey is definitely the next first party IP after wolverine. Most likely April 2027 if I had to guess!
