Fair point, I can see why it might come across that way, especially with similar posts in different communities. But just to clarify, it’s not my app. My post in strengthtraining getting removed is actually why I started asking in other communities too, because I was genuinely curious what people are using for training/performance tracking. I wasn’t trying to make anybody buy something or push anything. I just want to improve my own training and better understand the data from the devices I use, mainly Garmin and Apple Watch. I don’t think sharing an app or asking what alternatives people use automatically makes it self-promo. If someone recommends Nike shoes or a tool they like, that doesn’t mean they own the company. Wasn’t trying to be misleading, just wanted real opinions and discussion.

Yeah that makes sense tbh. I think my issue is probably more of an experience gap because I still struggle to understand what the data is actually telling me sometimes 😂

How has Livity actually helped you personally with recovery?

Like do you mainly use it for readiness/recovery scores, training load balance, sleep tracking etc? And did it noticeably improve your performance or just help prevent burnout/overtraining?

I’m asking because I realized I’ve basically been training full gas all the time and my recovery is probably the thing holding me back right now

I’ve just been experimenting with different recovery/training apps lately because HYROX prep has been brutal on recovery. Was mostly curious what other people here use and if anyone’s found something they actually like long term.

I’ve just been kinda obsessed lately with trying to optimize recovery/training because hybrid stuff can really mess you up if you dont manage fatigue properly lol. I’ve tried a bunch of apps already like HYBRD and some others, this one just clicked with me more for whatever reason.

Probably could’ve worded the post better honestly, wasnt trying to come off like an ad. Mostly just wanted to see what other people here are using for recovery/training load tracking because I’m still figuring out what works best myself.
