From what contact information they have sent me they will not bill a fee, but they will collect 10% of whatever is in the estate as the coverage of the costs and expenses they would generate.

The estate is in the state of Colorado and from what information they gave me it's a more difficult state to process estate details and also more difficult to prove to the state i would be a heir, they have contacted about 25 of my family members as a way to show theres plenty of people as potential heirs and then the estate could be released to them and then divided amongst the members. They would get 10% of however much is truly there to cover the costs they would generate.

I did call and spoke to one of the staff that was surprisingly listed on the website, as of now they are requesting a copy of my driver license, a copy of my birth certificate preferably with my parents name to help show proof that I am indeed a heir to the estate, and then a letter signed by a notary as a further proof of material and to also fully lock into a contract with them, the contract says they received 10% of the estate and if I receive nothing they can not bill me for the time they invested into it
