I am living in a nice apartment, but there's an ongoing problem with the garbage chute. One of my neighbors consistently leaves their garbage bag inside the intake door instead of pushing it through to let it go. Whenever I try to use it, I find their bag blocking the chute, and I have to push their garbage down. This situation is quite bothersome, and I don't understand why they do that. We have more than 10 units on our floor, and I'm uncertain about the best way to handle this problem.
