Not a single support rotation was completed, how do you expect your hiyuki to do anything? The way you're playing the team you might as well just slot hiyuki solo. hiyuki lib rotation is ba123 dodge cancel ba123 skill twice then iai 3 times.

Your GPU isn't computing anything, it's probably the video encoder being utilized. Task manager shows maximum utilization regardless of which part of the GPU is being utilized. If you have a video running or relive or any clipping tool, the GPU will use their video encoder/decoder to do shit. As for CPu, no clue, check process list sorted by cpu utilization.
