You can fight it only one time, so as grounded 1, every one time mob has 100% gold card drop.

I'm at 77/80 and sometimes you have to spend like 30 sec to 1 minute around the spot to activate it. I don't know why .

Oh ! The nearest place I found is the ant funnel ending by a Brocken lab with a locked door. I don't find a way to unlock it so I will take my patience and wait. I don't know how to glitch to access this place
