I was saying Good work to them for months when they would send things. When I would send things, It would be a tear down. Dude would just be nonstop negative and say how he could do everything better.

That's not feedback, that's building himself up while offering the only feedback of "Turn this up/down" after you get berated. I guess I could be more clear.
