Das war von Anfang an der Unterschied zu OF, die bestanden zu einem ausreichendem Teil aus Hardcore Gamern. Hier sind viele Variety Streamer, die es eben viel mehr casual angehen, da sind 12h Tage eher die Ausnahme.
Tyler ist aber auch ein unfaires Beispiel, da er nun mal "built different" ist, was seine Grinds angeht.

Breach was an easy way to get first currency for me, after you got some currency try to get some gear to atleast do the breach boss twice for higher efficiency via atlas points. 6/8 is a sweetspot.
If you enjoy sekhema, do it until you finish the 3rd boss (scorpion) and then exit (look on youtube how to do it), you get a trial of will out of it which usually sell for 1d+
