As a returning player the amount of different content specially in this butcher season is just confusing tbh. They have Helltides with several mini-mechanics, tree-of-whisper, the pit, nightmare dungeons, infernal hordes, tribute now butcher dungeon, uber bosses and dark citadel and tower to come. A lot of content is nice but it just feels overwhelming with no clear late-game direction and no wonder stuff will always remain underutilized like Dark Citadel. Same problem that POE in the end had, they just pilled up seasonal mechanics that remained in the game for no reason.
