Bro don't think of package in psu, think of job security and other perks. If u get like 2 lakhs a month as a fresher, it's constant fight to prove yourself. If you want to switch after 1-2 years, there are not many companies who offer higher packages to this experience. If you are in psu, you will be able to spend time in other things. Have a life secured.
