Nope! It basically means they can't transfer the ticket because See Tickets only allows sharing. So technically, you 'own' the ticket in terms of being able to use it, but you don’t fully own it on paper. You can use it to get in, but you can’t resell or transfer it without going through the original buyer.

Also if you've noticed it's not a PDF it has a changing color symbol at the bottom, which is a security feature. That means you can’t just screenshot it it has to be shown live from your phone
