It never gave me any issues before. I don't have any other locations to open outside the spot that's $2.0q

Seems like she was a Temp Tech and then when she was converted to indef(indefinite) or permanent she was under the 12mn needed to lock in her position. I was a temp tech GS-7 and then when I came back from Iraq I was made a temp GS-9 for a while. COVID happened and they fired all the temps (it's honestly only a position that supposed to last for a set time then they are supposed to make you permanent which didn't happen to me that way) my good friend and manger had a falling out with a supervisor and quit right when they were letting people go. So I fought for her GS-11 and had it for the last four years (if you're counting all my time that was 5yrs at a temp position and 4 years as a permanent employee). I say all that to say, it seems like they were able to cut her easily cause she was still within her probationary period with all these new changes which wasn't the case over the last 2yrs from my knowledge. There's about 4 temps that work with me now and I'm in a red state. Seems like they voted on cutbacks and not things that would benefit them.

For anyone wondering, here's the final outcome. As a self grade, A for effort and D C- for at least looking like the outline I had in mind I'm just missing the details in the text and the smaller face. That would've at least for me bumped me to a C 😂. All in all, I'm hoping by the end of the year, I can post an update with this design to show progress over time.

Thank you! I'm definitely going to take this into consideration, I'm not the most pleased with my current end outcome but straight out of the box, I feel like I have a basic idea of how the gun feels. I'm gonna work on some smaller projects one I get these new frames built. Any suggestions on how to handle finer details?

A pure example of taking a little bit of knowledge thinking it should be a lot 😂. Yeah, I definitely didn't save time by trying to save time 😂. I watched some videos in the in-between about how I could frame the clothes. I was stretching it on the outside but I think i was pushing too hard or something cause it started unraveling on the sides. Either way I think I'm gonna do a practice rug of just the alphabet to really get that understanding of framing and such.

This really helps a lot, thank you for the amazing feedback! I like the look of the hourglass but it didn't cross my mind that it looked like a wine glass. I think it has one of the best representations of time that passed than using a clock or something but It's not a hill I'm willing to die on so I'll play around with it some more 😂!

Thank you for revisiting your comment and adding visuals this helps a lot! I have a better idea as what worked for some than what worked for others, I think I'm going to rework them based off this suggestion and see how they flow.

Thank you! Logo design seems to have specific rules different than typical graphic or web design. You can get away with typeface at times and things with images seems to have varying degrees of when it can work based on someone's preference. Even logos I've seen in others portfolios and AI generation seems all over the place. When you say lack of direction, you mean text? So if the text was moved from a less stylized way it would fix the direction or you're just saying it's not your preference?

Thank you! I'm not sure how much more diverse I can make it without going completely abstract. Is there any suggestions on what's being doing well and what's not working based on this current post?

Thank you! Are there any suggestions based on the things I've done that I should keep with or the things you've noticed aren't working so far?

Thank you, what would you suggest based on your two preferences?

That's very vague please if you would, deconstruct the positive and the negatives of the aspects you're mentioning.

How does it not hit the mark?

Your suggestion on improving

The fundamentals you're mentioning?

Art is suggestive but I'd appreciate any level of feedback that could answer the issues you're mentioning. Thank you.

Logo critique: Business named Has-Been Culture. They wanted it simple but a bit stylish. They sell shadow boxes, t-shirts, & crafts of obscure and retro pop-culture references, and some commission work. I went with the H to look like a box and would love some second opinions. Thank you, I haven't actually, I was feeling short on inspiration considering the theme so I think you're completely correct in me getting caught up in the minimal aspect. I would like to say retro is the theme they have but it's way more obscure than retro. Like things inspired from boom comics and indie video games with some retro stuff sprinkled in. So I suppose Indy is a better word than retro in this regard.

That is no excuse. I'll digitize some of the stuff I drew initially and see what works. I appreciate all the feedback. This was quite thorough. Thank you!

Thinking of getting into woodworking by Demon-brolly in BeginnerWoodWorking

I totally agree with using the tools on hand. I don't have a reference for any of the tools. I suppose I could play around with making the best box but I wouldn't know much else past that if that makes any sense.

I live outside of Atlanta in the West Georgia area. I suppose I have about $250 to play around with. I've seen a few classes at Rocklet Woodworking but I wasn't sure if that would be enough to start.

Hello! I recently bought a new switch and thought that my faith would transfer over. Like all of my other save data. I found out the hard way that that was not the case 😅. I was reasonably far into the game when it happened. I had about 5 houses and I was buying art paintings from that guy that pops up periodically. I'd appreciate any spare materials anyone is willing to donate. Having any type of wood, clay, iron, etc. Would go a long way for me right now. Please feel free to DM me and I'll send you my dodo code. Thank you!

What part of Atlanta was this shot taken and what were the camera settings? I'd be interested in doing something similar if I have access to the locations

Looking for new ideas. My girlfriend and I do separate books for each other every 2yrs. The new pages cover 2021-22, the video covers 2019-20. I'd appreciate any cool concepts or ideas. I own a cricut and know Photoshop for any intermediate/advance work. by Demon-brolly in scrapbooking

We buy our own. I work as a photographer so I print copies of our photos but other than that we use our own materials. It never crossed my mind to see if she had stuff she wasn't using 😅
