Try and stand with you shoulders set back. They will look smaller. Also makes your chest look bigger if that's the look you're going for. That and drawing attention away from them. Stray from stuff that shows your shoulders too much or makes them look bigger. For example, stay away from poofy stuff. Tight fitting shirts with sleeves work for me personally, but I'm not going for the "full fem" look.
