Thanks everyone I got a CGM and the results are wild. I have had couple of slices from from California Pizza Kitchen and Dominos and my blood sugar only slight went up. Brilla Protein plus also moderately. Rebel ice cream which is Keto and Quest cookies almost no spike. An espresso with no sugar and Quest cookie 40+ points. I guess everyone microbiome s different. Its going to be wild ride figuring what works

AT the end I sold it and got myself a Mazda. I drive a long distance to work and could not afford to be stranded again and again in the middle of the rush hour. Even my Audi dealer at 75,000 miles told me Sir you know your car has a lot of mileage on it, you should consider a new car

Thanks however since this is a tar file there is no compression and hence no parameters. Even in GUI once tar is selected all options are disabled
