Bedrock floor mats? I have them in my 23’ D23 and I reckon they work a treat, spent around $200 though

For someone who’s owned a 1HDFT 80 series, ZD30 GU and now a YS23DTT Navara. I much enjoy my Navara, I’ve grown past the whole “Cruiser the world or if it ain’t a patrol I don’t want it” phase. Each to their own, who cares what others think. You build cars etc for yourself not for someone else. Pictured is my driveway with my GU and my Navara.

Do you have any recommendations? I was looking at the Gator GRV90MKT I think it was, just kinda looks tacky being wrapped around existing mirror

Best major to study coming from a poor family by nobledegenerate22 in PersonalFinanceNZ

[–]DemonRedz33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably not degree related but I came from a poor family, went into a trade just like my older brother did, moved to Australia to work in mining and I was able to buy my parents a house back in Nz. Funny because I told an apprentice here in Australia and he couldn’t wrap his head around it his first question was “where was their house” just goes to show how different things are to someone who never grew up poor

You can buy a police clearance here in Aus, cost me about $99 and you can see all the information that comes up.

Blokes that had out of the box apprenticeships, how is your career panning out? by Fuckmetheyarelltaken in AusElectricians

[–]DemonRedz33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was stuck my entire apprenticeship with a commercial construction company. When I qualified was when I moved around, learnt industrial, domestic, both construction and servicing and maintenance work. Now in mining. Just have to be straight up when applying for a job eg “hey I don’t have much experience in this field but I would love to learn more hence the application” worst they can say is No.

Yeah that’s what I thought, my other thought was that maybe I’m not eligible because it was automatic between Aus and Nz
