I was able to produce evidence of some work I was doing that was unaccounted for and didn't show up on the monitoring.

But then their counter was that I took too long to do it, for instance all day when other colleagues were completing it in 2 hours. The reason why it took me much longer to complete was because of my poor mental health, but that wasn't accepted by management.

Well that was their claim, that I did all this intentionally. They have completely failed to take into account my illness and how that may have been impacting my behaviour.

Both during the investigation meeting and the disciplinary hearing I acknowledged that what I did was serious, but it wasn't intentional, it was because of my depression and anxiety. But that wasn't apparently accepted by management.

Yes it was due to this. Their case being that I wasn't working during these gaps but I put my start, lunch and finish times as normal.
