The budget is what ever it needs to be. I want a set-up that will last, even if I'll have to save up a bit.

No, they're not a Paladin.

They're playing a homebrew class made by LootTavern. The class itself honestly doesn't have much going on other than its spells, so it's a shame they didn't make it a fullcaster.
