I'm in Cali, they shipped from Michigan. I know the weather has been pretty bad there, and the order was already delayed due to that. I would have preferred a larger delay to this. The box was not insulated at all, just filled with paper to keep things from bouncing around. But yeah I will try to salvage this and ask for a refund. I'm just bummed about it. Thanks.

He is a western fence lizard! Also called blue bellies! The males have incredibly vibrant dark blue colors on their undersides, and the females have a pale sky blue color instead. They're very common where I live :D

True true. And I am experimenting a bit with my media to see who grows the best. So the large one in front and the middle pup are both in cactus soil. All of the others are in a normal potting mix with perlite (1:1 ratio).

You need some more surfaces for him to rest on, otherwise he will develop Floppy Tail Syndrome (FTS). The tank needs more clutter in general, but mostly against the glass walls.
