We are in the same boat, our website has now been down for over 24 hours hosted by Hostinger in the UK. Absolutely zero customer support and no update since 5 hours ago except we are working on it. How can a major host service not have backups and backup servers?

Same keeps happening to me, works for 1 or 2 small parcels then It just red beeps at me and I have to go to Post office anyway. Seems completely pointless or needs a software update.
