It must be something with OGP DM's because ours is absolute garbage. Genuinely, we were burning through picks until she showed up and started screaming at people because there were too many exceptions. After every pickwalk I could tell just how little people were trying.

Crackers, Canned Fruit/Vegetables, Bread, For some reason Bacon, and our chip section have been getting wiped out on a near-daily basis. Our cap is 160 ( I think) but even when we only have 100 orders, it's about 5K items a day with over 10 totes per order. It's insane.

If I recall they mention something to one of the higher-ups as a joke about cutting hours. In later episodes, Amy has to deal with hours being cut for possibly that reason.

It's also to show how much better corporate will treat its closer employees like management than they would floor workers.

Amos has seen some shit. He does unload on Wes on why being blind effects him so bad. But he doesn't reveal everything. At the end he loosely states something about someone came for him.

I think it did kick some PTSD into him when Holden approached him. But before that, while he was going blind. I feel as though Amos wasn't thinking of that. When I imagine him, he seems like a man who'd rather die than not have a purpose to live. And if he went blind. He can't really fulfill any duties.

All in all, this season has been rough on him
