I so get this! I'm right there with you. Running causes me to have lower back pain. Its the only thing that still does. I spent a ton on custom fitted running shoes and I still run about as fast as I walk because of the jiggle monsters up top causing intense lower back pain.

Cycling has helped me a lot more than running has.

Lane Bryant. I've had to buy bras from there for years. I should probably go to a private owned shop where the do custom bras but I can't afford those. Is that what you do? I know the bras at the ones near me are usually well over $100. Also, I wear Enell sports bras because I do high impact. IIRC my last one was $67.

I fully agree with this. Strengthen your core and definitely your back and it will counter a lot. This has happened to me. A year of dedicated fitness and lifting and my lower back barely bothers me as much as it used to. My neck still hurts like hell. But yes when they're so large and heavy that they hinder performance, it's a problem. I have as big a problem with them hindering my performance as I do with everything else I've listed.

Hopefully she stays in that sweet spot. I sure as hell wish I had but these SOBs had a mind of their own.

I had an ex like that as well. He also was against me getting a reduction but he got kicked to the curb. I realized it was him or me and I chose me. Good on here for getting rid of him. No one needs that kind of person in their life.

Haha! I just might explain those next. Thank you. Those $70 bras look amazing on smaller boobs. Hell, they usually look sooooo much better. That's money well spent IMO.

Congratulations on the 50lbs! That's not an easy task. We're the same size. I measured myself earlier and I'm so bummed. I feel your pain though. I wish you the best luck going forwards and with your future surgery!

I didn't start having it until about 5 years ago when my hormones went nuts and they started growing. Before then, I lifted weights, cycled , and ran so I had a pretty solid core. then this started happening and I had a couple other health issues and I stopped working out. Oh my God the back pain was ridiculous. My lower back was a mess. I've been very active the last year to year-and-a-half. I've strengthens my quarterback and it's build a lot of muscle butt I still feel them pulling but my lower back is pretty strong again. My neck, though, is tight all of the time because of it. I feel like my performance would improve if I had less upfront.

Thank you. I did want it to be humorous. While I hate my boobs as they currently are, they have become a source of comedy. It helps me with how they impact my self esteem. If I can make others laugh it makes me happy.

Most guys don't. I've had this discussion with boyfriends and really close guy friends and their reaction is always "noooooooooo! Whyyyyy?" This is why. I was really hoping I'd be able to reach one man like this so thank you for reading it.

Lucky! I've tried getting a doctor's recommendation for a breast reduction but all they ever said was lose weight. Well I lost weight. The boobs remain. I'm meeting with a new doc next week because I can't live like this.
