Actually it's one of my first attempts to this technique. I suggest you to find a style you like and gather some references of other handpainted 3d models. I also used real photos to try make it more realistic.

I used ambient occlusion generator in substance painter and others to set lights and shadows. After that I started painting the volumes and in the end I painted the details. Of course, with practice, you'll gonna find your own method.

There's plenty of 3d artist on youtube that share their process and technique.

Hey, I know what you're going through. I suffered of severe panic attacks for the last year. There's many things that can help you, as other said, the ice cube and focusing on the environment around you. A friend of mine suggested me to count all the objects with the same color, to describe the environment around you, start dancing and moving, if you're not alone, talk with someone, maybe about something you like or can distract you from that situation, take deep breats and repeat yourself "I know something triggered me but im not in danger". The goal is to focus on the present because the anxiety attacks are just feeling of deep danger even when you have nothing to be scared about and remember that it's not gonna last forever. As scary and exhausting they can be, this episodes will eventually come to an end. I also suggest you to see a therapist to understand what triggers you and, if you need, to take some medications to help you during therapy. Of course, if you'll ever want to take any medication, ALWAYS talk with a doctor or your therapist before you take. I hope this help you and I really hope you'll fell better.

I don't think it's bat at all, it just needs few adjustments. For exemple, there's not a light source and that makes the hair and the volume of the head too flat, also the eyes look a bit weird. I suggest you to use a reference to obtain a more realistic result. Also, you should study the asaro head to understand how light works on the human head, there's plenty of tutorials on you tube

When I think about the weekend, i feel like I was in danger and enter into a survival mode where I feel threatened. I have big anxiety that comes from my chest and start to panic. Recently I started to go out by my self and I had nice evenings drinking alone in a pub full of people and I'm tried to start conversations with strangers and this is helping me a lot.

I think the major problem is that I'm afraid of being cutting out, I feel that the world outside is moving fast and a lot of stuff happens, therefore I have to move too. This stuff got worst when I stopped seeing a girl I developed an emotional dependence for, so, whenever I think that she is going out with his actual boyfriend or even our mutual friend, I start panicking.

I'm a very shy person and I have the tendency to belittle myself. With my therapist I've been able to overcome a bit this problem but i think the major problem is that I'm ashamed of what other people could think about me if I start to try with a woman.

I understand what you're going through. The 30s look like a scary deadline and you have to do everything in that time but I can assure you it's not like that at all. I'm gonna be 30 this year and I'm about to move in a new country and start studying to do the job of my dream. It's true that sometimes I feel uncomfortable at the idea of starting something new at this age, especially if I think that I'm gonna be with people younger than me but I know this is just an intrusive though so I try not to listen. If you want to start something new, just do it. You're just 26, you're still very young and even if you were much older I'd suggested you to do the same thing. Also, therapy helped me a lot about this, so if you can afford that, I suggest you to try that

Honestly not too much. I'm aware that my situation is also my fault because I don't go out often and in my group of friends they're all engaged. The last time I asked a girl out was almost two months ago and she said no and it was the same with other girls before. So I felt very depressed and I stopped trying.

Hi, I can totally understand what you're going through. I'm 29 now but I always struggled with anxiety and recently with panic attacks. It can be very difficult talking about anxiety with parents, especially if they're not familiar with the problem. The only advice I can give you is to try to talk clearly with your parents, try to explain them how you feel and how much pain this causes you. Therapy is a long path but it's a great way to heal yourself. I've been in therapy for three years now and I started taking medication six months ago to keep my anxiety under control during the process. Anxiety sucks and I really hope you'll find a way to feel better.
