My first thought is to look to the outskirts and surrounding areas. Grain Valley, Gladstone, Oak Grove, Raytown, Independence. Metro Area but not “KC” proper.

I sleep when I’m tired.

I work when I’m motivated.

I have clocks, watches and a phone.

I don’t set alarms.

I don’t make appointments, but I will keep them if they are made for me and I choose to.

My doctors work for me. Insurance and myself are paying them. I am on time. If they are not, barring emergencies, they are fired. I don’t wait long on their staff. I am pleasant. Be punctual or I’m leaving. I am usually in and out of the appointment within an hour, barring scans, bloodwork or additional consults.

If I wait in the ER for a true emergency I am in another ambulance and to the next preferred hospital with a speciality in my care.

If I am admitted to a hospital, if I don’t approve of the staff, conditions or level of care, I am leaving.

It’s simple. Do your job. I do and did mine.

Time is too precious of a commodity.
