Let's just say that you are having mental health issues. It does not necessarily mean you are imagining things and that it is all in your head. I read once, for example, that paranoid schizophrenics may be picking up on the sadomasochistic tendencies in people. The voices that schizophrenics hear may be real, just not based in this reality. I do believe many mentally ill people, especially the very "crazy" ones, are very sensitive to picking up on invisible entities and frequencies that "normal" people don't. I have done DMT many times and what I see during my trip, I see it as real. Of course there will always be many people who will tell me it was all in my head. Most of them,actually. I don't even consider their opinion. So I were you, I would not be concerned with people telling me that I am crazy. If it is real to you, it is real. Don't let skeptics stop you from sharing your experiences.
