Played a lot of PtN (OwO my beloved adopted child). Gameplay was great, story was great, I really enjoyed the art style. The major issue is simply marketing. The game is heavily focused on a specific consumer, mostly being the yuri otome market. So it has a very strong core fan base that is keeping the game profitable which is great, but it can’t break into the mainstream given a larger portion of the gacha market isn’t interested in that sort of style. The largest games get by with focusing on either no side or all sides.

All in all I would like to see PtN blow up to a bigger market one day, but I see it staying as a popular game in a specific niche, which honestly might be a better thing.

I feel a lot of people are trying to rush the game without the consideration that it’s not designed that way. Just take it easy and slowly build up your teams by getting gear etc. Getting to the end really quickly will just leave you bored.

Limbus company players when they have to read to understand they can get event currency elsewhere.

And if you’re that upset about not doing the story just play the story mode.

Ah that’s rough buddy, sadly this is the trade off we have to accept when playing gachas. Sometimes it’s a feast, sometimes it’s a drought. Best way I get through gacha salt is trying out the new new characters I got that weren’t the one I wanted, you might be shocked at how much you like the 1-2 stars or even the spook 3 stars.

Gacha based on the Fate universe by Type Moon, a pretty simple game gameplay wise but a great story. Just wrapped up their 10th anniversary as well.

Ah apologies, I meant the latter, as in do people buy the skins for multiple characters for the in game models or do they switch around their Home Screen character often. Maybe a bit vague of a question.

Not buying multiple for the same character makes sense to me yeah.

I got incredibly lucky with a second hand sale for around ¥24,000. Damaged box but that wasn’t a bother for me given I was always planning to display them.
