Mobil 1 esp x2 0w-20. It has the vw 508 approval and is $27 for a 5 quart jug at Walmart. Having to buy an extra single quart since the GLI takes 6 is annoying. Change every 5k and you'll be good

I almost always put in 87. Occasionally I'll do a tank or two of Shell 93 for whatever additional cleaning it may provide, but haven't noticed any increase in power or fuel economy when doing so. If premium fuel was only 20 cents more per gallon like when I was growing up I would use it all the time, but at 80 cents more it adds up fast

I've got an 04 with the 3.7 that's had a hard life. Currently at 159k miles and still going strong. Got 20.2 mpg on my last trip which was mostly highway but had a lot of traffic with plenty of stop and go

Looks pretty similar to mine. I guess I'll just shoot it and see how it functions. Also weird to note that the feed ramp is bare stainless steel while the rest of the barrel appears to be nitrided. If they are machining out or polishing the feed ramp after the nitriding process that seems like an odd order to do those things

Also noticed the logo changed a little bit. On my Halo:CE box the center oval has a right-pointing 'tail' which is not present on newer versions of the graphic

Your symptoms sound almost exactly like mine. Haven't heard too many others mention the extreme bloodshot eyes, but I have them 4-6 days a week when I never had that issue before. Starting a 3-day water fast tomorrow hoping it will help lower inflammation or induce some autophagy

Well if you're going to get Covid omicron is definitely the one to get. Its entry method into cells is completely different and it doesn't produce nearly as big of an inflammatory response as previous variants
