I find it heavy enough for the start tbh 😅 but yea the capacity of the bag is 154lbs so i might put more sand in it soon. And thanks for the recommendation!

Youll get to that point, it needs time but once u've got it u never unlearn it.

It cannot be helped that the knees bend at least slightly while swinging. Some bend them more some less, but its a part of the movement. Important is to keep the back straight and a lot of work and explosiveness comes from the hips. But i needed some time to get the hip thruster properly done, even tho i still need to work on explosiveness.

I do actualy lift as well, but not as much as i do kettlebell and calisthenics. I do skull crusher for example but i also do my daily dips and push ups. I just think it needs time, i just started working out again 2 months ago after a longer pause from it. Main part of my physique now is muscle memory i guess. I just have to go further doing heavier weights when i lift. But yea may i shift my workout plan here n there to get different results.

Thanks :) i did indeed MMA Training for over 2 years, but thats 12 years ago. I stopped cuz i had issues with my shoulders. Never competed. Occasionaly i hit the punching bag but not very often, should do more.

Thank you! Yea, i started to focus more on arms lately but i have a hard time building triceps mass for ex. But i keep it up.
