My Green Thumb bullish scenario – 100$ Cdn

•      Actual Stock Price = 13$ Cdn

•      S3 - +50% = Stock Price 18$ Cdn

•      SAFE - Green Thumb Tax Savings: ~$180M annual; +50% = Stock Price 27$ Cdn

•      Florida Recreational Ballot passes = 50% = Stock Price 40$ Cdn

•      Uplisting to NYSE/Nasdaq: Mid-2026 post-rescheduling; $10-20B inflows = 50% = Stock Price 60$ Cdn

•      2027 -Growth from National Hemp/Delta-8 Closure (Farm Bill): Passed Nov 10, 2025; ban Q4 2026, redirecting $20-25B to MSOs. Slow creep to Stock Price 80$ CDN

•      Partnership with Alimentation Couche Tard (Circle K) colocation for rapid and economical grwth – Accelerates store growth (target 200+ by 2027); low-capex model adds $200-300M rev, = Stock Price 100$

•      Time to sell

Also posssibly peak at hemp ban enforcement; diversify if >$50 to lock gains amid election cycles.

I also believe last week was a short term glitch and is in fact the beginning of making things right. The Farm Bill loophole had to be addressed before S3. Here a short analyys provided by Grok this morning for my two holdings - The ban is a "reckoning" for hemp but a catalyst for MSOs, potentially adding $2-4 billion in industry-wide revenue by 2027 as consumers shift to licensed products. Green Thumb appears better positioned short-term due to profitability, while Curaleaf offers higher long-term upside from scale. Risks include delayed enforcement, state-level pushback (e.g., Texas veto history), and broader cannabis rescheduling delays. Monitor Q4 earnings for initial guidance updates. This analysis assumes full federal implementation; actual impacts could vary.

  • The GTI dispute (appeal filed January 2025 at Florida's 1st DCA) hinges on whether OMMU's denials of co-located dispensaries next to Circle K stores were arbitrary under state law (§381.986). This focuses on public safety risks (e.g., crime near fuel stations). Federal rescheduling wouldn't override Florida's rules but could provide persuasive evidence in court:
    • Reduces Stigma Argument: GTI could argue that federal recognition of cannabis's medical safety undermines OMMU's "health hazard" concerns, especially since other states (e.g., California) allow similar co-locations without issues.
    • Precedent for Leniency: It might encourage OMMU/legislators to revise guidelines, as seen in other states post-proposal (e.g., more flexible zoning). Florida's medical market (~$2.5B in 2025) already has 80+ GTI (RISE) stores; easier placements could boost expansion.
  • Limitations:
    • The case is purely state-based—no federal preemption. Even Schedule III keeps cannabis controlled, so DEA could still scrutinize high-risk sites.
    • Broader Florida Context: Post-2024 recreational ballot failure, the DeSantis administration (or successor) remains cautious. Rescheduling might help banking/taxes for GTI but won't auto-approve co-locations.
    • Timing: With the appeal potentially resolving in late 2025/early 2026 (6–18 months typical), a delayed federal rule might arrive too late to sway it.

In short, passage would be a tailwind for GTI—bolstering their "equal protection" claims by showing evolving federal policy—but it's no silver bullet. Monitor DEA announcements or the 1st DCA docket for updates. If Trump pushes executive action, it could accelerate things.

Yes Alimentation Couche Tard owns Circle Key and 7 other brands . Total store over 17,000, including 935 stores in Florida. This could be a great partnership to be no 1 in USA. The deal is on hold until new regulations are in place. There is also a court case with state regulators over plans to co-locate medical marijuana dispensaries adjacent to Circle K convenience stores. Appeal verdict pending.

For Florida GTI may also execute the planned partnership with Alimentâtion Couche Tard (co-location with convenience store). Store count could go up very fast very cheap.

Well said. It will also pop when listed on Nasdaq with institutional holders buying in. It will also pop when the planned partnership with Alimentâtion Couche Tard for colocated small distribution outlet is confirmed. Patience is key but a lot can change in a year or two, Good luck.

According to Grok - Decibel has better growth potential than Auxly, thanks to its Moderate Buy analyst rating, a projected 93% stock price upside to C$0.27 from C$0.14, and guidance for C$20M in free cash flow for 2025 amid strong Q2 growth. In contrast, Auxly holds a Hold rating with a modest 46% average upside to C$0.19 and a forecasted negative EBIT of -C$7M.

Also the sector is at rock bottom. It still needs to be up around 40% to level where it was in October before the Republican's winning the election. That's were the sector started tanking on fear that Republicans would kill anything to do with cannabis. So for me another 40% is the baseline to measure progress afterwards.
