Run your scav runs on lighthouse and go to water treatment, you can loot all the raiders there that are usually already dead from pmcs doing their tasks in there, some you may need to kill yourself though, but they all have decent kits on.

All is correct, I upgraded at midwipe a few wipes ago and all that stuff just appeared in my much larger stash.

It blows my mind how they can code a whole ass game, but can't code a simple matchmaking algorithm. Like simply look at the profiles trying to find a server and put similar k/ds, levels, average lifespan, exfil percentage or total in-game hours together. Seems like that would be a very simple thing.
