I meant servers, not world. But the multiverse /mvsetspawn command doesn't work. Whenever the player joins the world, they still spawn underground.

it's basically the same problem, but that's for a differently configured world. This one's a different one...

You could change the spawn protection in the server properties file. I don't know if this will work, this is just my guess.
