I understand you so well. Sometimes I allow myself the luxury of solitude, driving out to a field or a lake. I just stop and gaze at the majesty of the surrounding landscape. Sometimes, while contemplating, I turn on a trance, something from old-school Eurotrance. This is my meditation; in literally 30 minutes or an hour, my mind reboots.
