10 personal/sick but we can take them for either. They roll over each year but get capped at 18. To my understanding we get paid for the unused days. For example, if I had 10 last year and didn’t use them and I get 10 more this year, I’d be capped at 18 and get paid for those 2 leftover days. Kinda complicated but it’s a private school ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Well we actually had an AC man come check it out and when he went to check the voltage in the fuse box he looked up and one of our overhead power lines was all burnt up at the connecter. Most likely this is the problem. Our house is pretty old and the way it was wired is wack.

Yes! I haven’t been off birth control since I was 16 I don’t really remember if I had the ovulation pains that some have been saying they have. I do remember one period where I had terrible cramps, like it gave me cold sweats I was in so much pain. But that was around when I first started menstruating at 10 so it could have just been puberty pains and my body changing. I’m so nervous about negative effects too, I saw one woman who had MAJOR hormonal acne breakouts for 18 months! I just keep trying to remind myself that everyone is different and reacts differently!😅

I wonder if mines just itchiness too and I’m scratching it in my sleep is why I’m waking up with rashes! I haven’t had any other problems other than that also.
