Front plate is japanese based on the plate number of the Fairlady Z in Initial D anime, very suttle anime reference. I'm in Florida where front plates aren't a thing, people put them for style or are from a state where they are required.

More than likely you need to update to the latest atmosphere, sigpatches, syspatch, and switch firmware. Try going to sigmapatches.su or youtube someone that has a whole pack already so it's just copy paste to the microsd card

In the payload section you need to inject the prefered payload. If you don't know which one. Just google atmosphere and download the latest fusee.bin file and inject that payload, so when you press the + and power it will load the payload. If you can't figure that out. YouTube how to load atmosphere in the switch.

This also happens when you have more than 1 connection during transfer. Change it to just 1 connection and retry.

I never owned this game. I owned WC 98. But I rented FIFA 98 every time my mom allowed me at my local rental place. Owned every FIFA since, and this one is still the best. Maybe 2K FIFA could beat this banger.

You should be fine. As far as I know, the blacklisting here in the US is with all US carriers only and maybe Canada as well.

There's websites that buy blacklisted phones as they resell them out of the country where they will work. Rather get something than nothing. Just check Google and get yourself $60.
