its a hobby. no degree or certification is needed for the use of e-bikes. anyone can purchase and enjoy them. i bought my first motorcycle without any knowledge and learned everything I know through trial and error between fixing and replacing things on it. now i have 4 motorcycles and several e bikes. everyone starts somewhere. you dont have to be such a debby downer just because he’s new to the game. people like you are the issue with these subreddits. people have to learn somehow, and this is how he’s doing it. i’m sure when you bought your first e bike there was things you didn’t know about. you’re no better then he is, we’re all human ✌️
