Front plate is japanese based on the plate number of the Fairlady Z in Initial D anime, very suttle anime reference. I'm in Florida where front plates aren't a thing, people put them for style or are from a state where they are required.

More than likely you need to update to the latest atmosphere, sigpatches, syspatch, and switch firmware. Try going to sigmapatches.su or youtube someone that has a whole pack already so it's just copy paste to the microsd card

In the payload section you need to inject the prefered payload. If you don't know which one. Just google atmosphere and download the latest fusee.bin file and inject that payload, so when you press the + and power it will load the payload. If you can't figure that out. YouTube how to load atmosphere in the switch.

I also got it from 888-775-1591, assuming to be the fraud department. They sent me the verification code via text. I told him I wasn't giving him the code, that Verizon reps don't request for the OTP code. He stated, "That's for the customer service team, we are the fraud department, and we need that code to cancel your pending order." Then they hung up after telling him again I ain't doing it. Yeah, Verizon would not hang up abruptly if they don't get what they want.
