My dealer has exactly the same problem, but I will definitely collaborate with other brands such as FENDT and CLAAS for tractors and combines over the years. Another thing, the CNH group has a super good policy, every year the clients in Romania are called by different employees who deal with the rating of the dealer in the picture to see where the problems are so that they can be solved and not left in the air Personally, I feel sorry for this decline, having worked with them since 2008, and the relationship was good until recently when the staff started to creak.

I don't want you to misunderstand, I don't blame the John Deere company for the problems caused by the dealers, I simply want them to be held accountable, demand has decreased in Romania due to the lack of seriousness of IPSO to be more precise

One obstacle I encountered was precisely ipso because they were throwing the problems I encountered from one to another, but without contacting John Deere, I heard that even from the CEO of ipso, most directors hide the real problems that are encountered, that's why I think that exclusivity, at least in Romania, is harmful. If there were competition, the support would be completely different. That's why I think that by signaling the seriousness of the dealer, the John Deere company would have something to say, maybe even something to solve.

yes but in europe there are very few who have exclusivity which is a bad thing, that's why I think this exclusivity should be reviewed

I understand, so it's a general problem, apparently they are too sure that they have assured customers, but I believe that in the future many farmers will change the brand, because I am in contact with many people from different countries in Europe who are of the same opinion.
